PROJECT.024
The Next Chapter
Begins In San Miguel
Talent, ambition, creativity, and drive already exist everywhere. What is not distributed equally is access to the resources, environments, experiences, and opportunities that can help that potential grow.
Project.024 begins at Centro Escolar Ingeniero Victor Batarse in San Miguel, El Salvador. After spending time with the students and school community, we saw firsthand how much energy and possibility already exists there. But potential does not erase reality. Before our last trip, some students had been sent home because their families could not afford basic school supplies like pencils and notebooks. Students learn through intense heat in classrooms without fans. There is no computer lab, and student athletes currently compete without team uniforms. When something as small as a notebook can determine whether a student stays in class, the gap between talent and opportunity becomes impossible to ignore.
In early 2027, we’re going back. Project.024 will begin by addressing real needs identified alongside the school, from athletic uniforms and equipment to technology, improved spaces, and the resources students use every day. The goal is not to arrive and change everything. It is to start somewhere, build alongside the community, and keep asking what can come next.
